Q: When I try to access the login page, I encounter an error: "Oops, couldn't launch login."

A: If you're facing this issue, don't worry; there are several steps you can take to resolve it.

1. Check Your Bookmark:

Sometimes, your bookmarked page might lead you to the "Oops" page due to changes in web addresses or specific configurations. To fix this:

Avoid bookmarking the login page itself; instead, bookmark the application once you've successfully logged in.

Manually enter the address of the app you want to access to ensure accuracy.

2. Try Incognito Mode:

Another useful step is to attempt accessing the page in incognito mode:

In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, open an incognito window (press Ctrl + Shift + N).

Enter the URL of the app you're trying to access in this incognito window.

3. Incognito mode does not work:

If it doesn't work in incognito mode, AND you are not going to the login through a bookmark (see Answer 1), there may be other issues at play, and you should consider contacting support.

To get help fast, include a screenshot of the entire "Oops"-page. There is information there that will help our tech-team find the error faster.

4. I don't want to use incognito mode:

If you don't want to use incognito mode all the time and the issue persists outside of it, it might be due to erroneous data stored by your browser. To clear this data:

For Chrome:

Go to the URL: chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=digitalseafood

Click on "Clear displayed data."

Go to the URL: chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=maritech.cloud

Click on "Clear displayed data."

For Edge:

Go to the URL: edge://settings/siteData

Search for "digitalseafood"

Click on "Remove all shown."

Search for "maritech.cloud"

Click on "Remove all shown."
