The Weekly Availability page (Planning/Weekly Availability) shows weekly availability of inventory (default filter tabs of this week, next week, and previous week). The inventory data displayed is organized by:
Quality tiers (SUP, ORD, PROD) in separate sections
Size categories (1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9+)
Quality tiers and size categories can be defined under the filter , so you can create your own filter chip to decide how much quantity and size should be visible.
Daily breakdown for 7 days (Monday through Sunday) with actual dates
The data grid sections display four key metrics:
Stock: Current inventory levels by warehouse (item inventory with Arrival date <= weekday AND PO = Confirmed)
Forecast: Expected incoming deliveries (Forecast from PO = Unconfirmed AND PO arrival date = weekday)
Request: Customer demand/sales requests (Request from SO = Unconfirmed and SO ETD = weekday)
Status: Projected availability (Stock + Forecast - Request)
